Prof. Dr. Silvia Zanazzi, PhD in Educational Research. Currently a senior researcher at the University of Ferrara. She teaches education in Bachelor’s and master’s degree courses in education and sports sciences, and coordinates the education science curricular internship program. Her main research interests are inclusive education, metacognition and reflective practices, analysis and management of critical incidents in educational contexts.

Prof. Sara Zamir is an associate professor and a researcher at Achva Academic College, Israel.She served as the Head of the certification studies “Measurement & Evaluation in Education”, Head of the B.A “Educational Management” Department and Head of Instructional Advancement Unit at Achva academic college. Currently, she is the President’s advisor for gender equity at Achva college and the head of the M.A degree in Management & Administration in Education. Other relevant offices in the Academia: A guest editor of the Journal of Education Sciences, since 2022 and Editor in Chief of “Vision & Deeds” (Refereed) Journal of education and science Affairs, 2011-2015.
She obtained her PhD in Educational Policy and Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel and since them won many awards and grants. She teaches courses based upon her expertise, present her studies in many prestigious conferences around the world as well as publishes many articles in the fields of sociology, political socialization, communication, and educational evaluation. In 2022, she was invited to conduct her studies in in Georg Eckert Institute, Germany.‏ and in 2023 she was invited to teach about modern Israel, during the spring semester at Krakow University of Economics. She edited the book “The voice of Peace in the Process of Education” in 2008. Her second book “Literary school textbooks as peace agents – Changes and diversity of peace education perspectives” was published in 2012 by Ben-Gurion University publishing house. Her third book “Education and communication” was published in 2014 by Henrietta Szold at Jerusalem Institute publishing house.

Miss Alla Slesarchuk

Miss Alla Slesarchuk obtained her Master’s degree in philology (English and French languages and literature) from the Humanitarian University of Sevastopol in 2011. After working for IT companies, she opened her language school in 2015 – RedBus language courses.
Additionally, her past experience include voluntary work with students from a music school which she finished in 2004. In order to increase her skills, she was working as a tutor with executives from different companies. In 2019 she got a certificate from Penn (University of Pennsylvania) – “English for Business and Entrepreneurship”.
In 2020 she got CELTA certificate (full course face-to-face) from Stafford school International (London) and in 2022 the TEFL certificate of proficiency (after 4-week face-to-face course) in Florence, Italy. After this she was working in Florence, Bordeaux, Dublin, Athlone teaching students from all over the world.

Nicoleta is an active researcher and she has considerable experience in research methods, theoretical Physics, numerical simulations and tutoring various disciplines (Education, Physics, Mathematics, Computing, and Statistics) in universities throughout the UK and Europe. For more than two years, she has worked as a consultant, helping students and professionals with research design and data analysis. After her PhD, she was a Senior Research Fellow at Ashridge Leadership Centre investigating the applications of Physics to Leadership and organizational design. Prior to this, she has taught for many years in both primary and secondary schools. She was also Head of Teaching and Learning Committee and responsible for Continuous Professional Development for primary and secondary teachers.
